How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot update the shipping address once an order has been placed. To ensure proper delivery, please double check that your full address, including apartment/suite number, is correct when placing your order.

How do I change/modify my order?

You can modify your order to change item selections, sizes, colors, or shipping address before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, no further changes can be made. Please contact us for assistance.

How do I track my orders?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also contact us anytime to get tracking updates on your order.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel a paid order, please contact us before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Why didn't I get a shipping confirmation email?

Shipping emails occasionally get filtered to spam folders. Please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us to verify your order status.

Why is the tracking number not working?

It can take a few days for a tracking number to start updating once it ships. If after 3-7 days your tracking still doesn't update, please contact us.

Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

Sometimes there are delays in getting shipping information updated. If it has been more than a few days, contact us and we can look into it.

Why was my package returned?
